I just bought the X5 camera, I tested it out and made a slow walking along the concreate road,
I noticed I can easily notice the vertical shaking from the footagetaken.
I had the X3 as well, I walked the same way, but the X3 show very stable footage when compare with the X5. (X3 is without z-axix installed).
Can I do something wrong? Or is my mis- judgement?
Will anybody with the X5 have the same situation?

Since the X3 and X5 are different, the same working may result in different performance.
Please practice your walking to minimize the shaking in vertical direction.

If it really happen very serious shaking in your video, please upload the video to Dropbox for our analysis.

Adela, I already tried to walk slow, anyway, I will try to practice the way I walk see if it will improve.
I will take more videos, hope to proof I was wrong. Then If necessary, I will send the clips for help.Thank you.

You will always notice the up and down movement because of the way people walk. Unless you practice the "ninja walk" you will always notice that. Unfortunately with a three axis gimbal you can only smooth so much. They have designed a Z axis to combat this problem. I heard there was a defect or something on the first batch of them so there is currently a 30-40 day lead time unfortunately.

It does have some shaking vertically, however, I think you can improve the situation by just a little bit practice of walking. Since the Osmo is a 3-axes stabilization gadget, we need to adjust the 4th axis in vertical direction manually without the Z-Axis. Please watch this tutorial for walking:
