Does anyone know how to take 4000 x 3000 stills on the I1in 4:3 format

Mine is only taking them at 3992 x 2242, 16:9 format and I can't find anyway to get it to get it to shoot the whole frame.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I realise that the camera only shoots one size and not really what I was driving at. In the DJI specifications it states that the maximum resolution is 4000 x 3000 and mine is shooting 3992 x 2242. I wondered why this is and if there was a way of utilising the full spec. It would be great if someone from DJI could chime in.

Thanks for that.

In the raw + jpeg mode 3992 x 2242 for the DNG and 4000 x 2250 for the jpeg! Bizarre

When I have my iPhone 6 connected up the image sizes I get are 3992 x 2242 for the DNG and 4000 x 2250 for the jpeg.
When I have my iPad mini connected up running the older 0.9 app I get 3992 x 2992 for the DNG and 4000 x 3000 for the jpeg.

More importantly, with the iPhone I am getting the dead/stuck pixels that others have mentioned on the DNG's and which are not present on the jpegs but on the iPad with the larger images the DNG's are as clean as a whistle. Maybe it's not a sensor problem after all and something to do with the app?

We use 4:3 format for iphone and 16:9 format for ipad.
Have you tried to use PS to review the DNG images? The dead pixels may due to the picture viewer software.

I discovered the same issues. DJI's response to this doesn't make any sense either. Have you done any more testing to see if the mobile device has an effect on the pixels? I thought the same thing but then realized when my Inspire is motors off in my house that I never get any bad pixels regardless of device. Then when I'm out flying I get the bad pixels with either the iPhone or the iPad. Thanks!
