DJI Ken. Maybe you can help with my service. Your website shows my Drone repaired and Tested on May 5th. I contacted DJI on the 8th to ask about return shipment. Here was their reply:
At the moment, your product is awaiting to be sent to your provided address. You will receive an email from our Repair Center shortly once your product is ready to be shipped.

Again that was on the 8th and still no tracking number. Emailed again yesterday and have no reply yet. Thanks for any help.
