The Auto is just a option for auto ISO setting.
It seems that the interface is for Osmo Pro (X5 + Osmo handle), are you using the X5 camera? But the "Auto" mark should display in parallel with "ISO". Have you got a X5 adaptor?

Yes, Adela, I am using aX5 camera with X5 adaptor
(from DJI, not from eBay)..
The combination is Osmo handle + X5 Camera with gimble + X5 Adaptor
The old combination is Osmo handle + X3 Camera.
I replaced the X3 with X5 camera + x5 adaptor..
Can you tell me when I pressed it, it turned blue, what do it stand for?
Is there any tutorial video from DJI that can give us a teaching lesson?

As you can find, if you activate the "Auto" icon, there wont be many options for you to set the ISO to certain value. (BTW, have you upgraded the firmware to Osmo Pro firmware v1.1.0.10?)
About the camera setting of ISO, Aperture, Shutter, etc. , I would suggest you to watch some online video or tutorials, this one is just for your reference:
