Just saw that the DJI Store is offering the following refurbished units:

Refurbished P3 Professional -> $849

Refurbished P3 Advanced -> $679

Refurbished P3 Standard -> $419

I wonder if it is with the new shell or the old one.

Is there refurbished battery too ? i didn't find one.  Their general link of the refurbished are not working so we cannot see all refurb product on one page.

Why would anyone buy a refurb P3P at that price, when you can buy a brand new one for less.??.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.  I am guessing because they are from DJI one would assume they have did a full validation the refurbs are in perfect condition.
But of course like you have shown, retail stores have been dropping the prices below that of even the official DJI stores prices so really depends if the other outlets are legit or not.

Adorama is quite the legit business, but you should note that the P3P there is "USED".

yeah, used is not like refurbished quality
Anyway, deal is not so good, you save only 80$ if you take another battery.  So maybe the best is to buy a new one instead...

Good to know they are a quality business.  I see they also have a good return policy.

Adorama and B&HPhoto use almost the exact same business model and both offer excellent service.

I go with whichever has thebest price on the item I'm currently looking for.

Last week I snagged a brand new Original SJ4000 1080P video camera for $59.00 from B&H  !!   WOOT!

As far as buying a used OR "Refurbished" Phantom from DJI at THOSE prices ????   
For the tiny difference in price you can get NEW...with FULL Warranty and a NEW product.

If you buy USED from DJI, you'll get a warranty and the ability to buy DJI Care.

and that price doesn't include shipping which is at least another $28.

I just bought my P3P new on amazon through All e RC for $800 which included shipping and no sales tax. They're an authorized dealer. Even though I selected ground shipping it still came second day FedEx.

I've used Adorama a LOT and actually had to return my 1st Phantom 3 to them due the cracking frame.....VERY good business to deal with.

Oh yah and the one on Adaroma doesn't come with a battery or charger cable... I almost bought it and had to wait for my refund... That's so stupid!!! 800$ paper weight..

I did buy the one from dji but 5 days later and still no tracking # or anything.. Anyone know about how long that takes??? Anything would be greatful thanks...
