Hello,

I was wondering where I can switch the sound on. My Videos are all with no sound. I can´t have an Option in the DJI Go App to select AUDIO ON. The microphon symbol is red and strikethrough. When I stich a microphone into the Osmo the word "ext" appears near the soundbar but still the microphone is red and strikedthrough.

My Setup:
Inspire 1 Camera (White)
In About it tells me
APP: 2.8.0(296)
Firmware: 1.6.2.10

My Inspire 1 works fine but the Osmo has no SOUND SELECTION.
1.8 Firmware on the Inspire if it is helpful to notice.

I have Update the X3 through stitched on the Inspire 1.
The App have deleted and reinstalled again so it is the newest.

I know about the bad Sound issue but I need Sound not even a good quality but sound.

Have you check the "Camera" icon in the screen? Scroll down, you can find "Audio control", enter that item, you'll find "Audio recording" and the Mic gain adjustment bar etc.
