I have 2 Matrice the first one works perfectly well after a number firmware and software upgrades.  3 months later we get another one, all is going well until we noticed when you plug a SD card  into the camera after power up we get signal lost at the top of the screen and lose control of the camera has anybody got any ideas

We should always plug in the SD card under power-off status.
