Hello
I use an S1000 with A2 and lightbridge. After compass calibration i get an indication of "height" of  - 2 meters.
How can i fix that . Does it affect my flight ???

The A2's IMU Calibration is done through the A2's Assistant Software.  Take a look at the User Manual on page 20.

Also, after I make changes to the copter, changing its weight or balance, I always do an IMU calibration.  Believe this is a best practice but don't recall where I read it.
