I have a P4 that I normally fly with an iPad air2. Recently I downloaded the droid app for my phone, however after connecting it to my equipment I do not get the "CAMERA" button. Any idea what could be causing this. It's in USB dev. Mode and I've tried different cables to no success. It doesn't change from "HOW TO CONNECT" to "CAMERA".

Hello souldbyte58, does your Air2 work normally? Please make sure your Android device is in USB debugging mode and MTP mode which you can find in the notification pull-down list.

Yes, my iPad works fine. However, my phone is running an old Android 4.2.2 and I haven't figure out how to turn on MTP. I do not have an option in the notifications list & no USB icon. I've found various procedures on the web for enabling mass storage on 4.2.2 but none have worked. I'll just continue using my iPad.

Some Android device will switch into "Charge Only" mode when they connect to our RC, which could be found in the pull-down notification list.So that's why I suggest you to find this option and change it into other modes to try again.But it is recommended to use the devices in the support list.

Mine is an old Alcatel. It cannot be upgraded, so when it dies I'm going to switch to an iPhone.
