Could you please tell me App's version and the firmware version of your Osmo?
Could you please show us the picture of your DJI GO App?
Samsung Note 2 is not a recommended mobile device for the DJI GO App, we can't guarantee the full compatibility. You can try to re-install the App, since the DJI GO App is a liitle resource-consuming, you'd better shut down the others Apps when running the DJI GO App.
