Before this recent up update my p3A took only a few seconds before it was ready to fly. Now it takes as long as 4 minutes sometimes. This is not really a problem, just curious why, and does anyone else's warm up longer than before?  

Try to recalibrate your Phantom's IMU when the Phantom is cool and this should fix the delay.

Hello Breakingseether, it is recommended to do the IMU calibration again on the horizontal platform when the drone has been cooled down:

Try it before u fly for the day... the cooler the better...
