This is directly over a fountain in a freshwater lake. (Man made behind some apartments) I have a 2-stop lens on and you can see the overload of algae growing. LOVE THIS DRONE

An ND filter shouldn't help you see the algae better. A polarizer filter would though, cutting down on water surface reflections.
