So after a good number of flights Active track is not working now...  
In P mode - select Active Track on DJI Go app - select subject, green box and tap GO... the drone turns quick on axis to the left..  away from the subject...  ???
Also tried  tap fly - and after taping Go.. nothing happens....  just hovers in one spot..

- downgraded then upgraded firmware..
- reinstalled DJI Go app
- used Iphone 6 and Ipad mini...

- HELP if anyone else has expreienced this...  I do not want to send this back for repair.....  Finally nice weather, and goes into the shop..

* Also , logged case, but support did ot have an answer... ( reinstall the app???? - really !!)

Hello, did you get any error message at that time? Have you tried to let your drone to follow different objects?It is recommended to keep both the firmware and app to the latest version.

What's the drone's firmware version? Besides, I'd suggest you to download the flight data (.DAT files) from the drone of that date and send them to support.us@dji.com. Please make sure both the flight control ratio and vision ratio are selected before you download the data.
