anyone has any clue on why i cant change my Hz settings to 60hz while i shoot in NTSC? Really weird why i cant change it.

Hello.
Please click "Reset" to Reset Camera, and then you should be able to set the Anti-Flicker freely.

Any further feedback would be appreciated.

As far as I'm aware Denmark is PAL standard and uses a 50Hz cycle which equates to 25fps.  Don't think you'd notice the difference for the 10Hz, why would you want to use NTSC? You've made me curious
