First sorry for my bad English.

My Phantom 2 has a Zenmuse H2D2 with GoPro Hero4 + Tx SGV, transmission to a BlackPearl screen.

Update drone & radio OK .
Drone battery charged to 100 %.
New batteries in the remote control.

Before takeoff, I wait for GPS calibration (green LED blinking).

At only 5 or 6 meters away, the drone lose connection with the radio control (LED blinking orange). The drone changes to 'Return to Home' scenario and rises to an altitude of 20 meters. During the rise I get again the connection with the remote control (green LED blinking). Then 2 seconds later again lost connection .. Etc etc ...

Do you know what is due to such behavior? Problem of radio control ? antenna on the drone ? How to identify the cause of the problem?

Has it flown fine in the past or are you a new owner ?
GoPro WIFI turned OFF ?
Extremely short range would suggest a transmitter / receiver problem, you might need to open them up and check the antenna are attached to the boards.

Hello,Tristan, I'd suggest you to turn off your GoPro's wifi before take off.
