Why would this be happening?  Is it that the microSD may be old and the transfer rate isnt suuficient enough?

More info required:

  • Choppy where, on your remote FVP device? On the computer you downloaded it to?
  • What video setting? Is it 4k? 2.7k? 1080?
  • What SD card are you using?

So sorry.  I guess that would help.  Its choppy on the computer I downloaded to.  The setting is 4K and Im using a SanDisk Ultra 16GB...

Update:  It seems its the media player that I was using.  I switched to Windows Media Player and it plays fine.  I was using the VLC  media player.

ya VLC Wont work. I found an open source player that  works well. find it here.  https://mpc-hc.org

That's very interesting as I was having the exact same issue with video playback using windows media player with my P3A. The only thing that solved the problem was by using VLC.

Most computers wont play back 4K without buffering or being choppy.
