My 4 dropped out the sky 2 days ago after I initiated RTH it flew back close to the home point and then just fell.

I have sync the records, could you possibly have a look and tell me what might have happened.

You also can playback the flight from the flight log menu.
When you say it just fell, are you saying you were watching it and the power just shut off?"

No, I lost signal so initiated RTH so it went to the set height, flew back close to the home point then just fell.

Yes, I saw the same thing. I've made the repair center aware of it.

Got a reply today from them, have to fill in some form and they will arrange for UPS to pick up I believe.

Just hoping this will get done quick.
