Is there anyway in upright mode to position the camera upright as well? My camera/monitor won't flip the screen 180º. It's a small camcorder and I can get it to balance fine in an upright position, but can't get the Ronin-M to let me keep it there.

Ronin-M doesn't support the upside down camera mounting at present.
However, I would recommended the Ronin-MX to you since the Ronin-MX is available to mount the camera in upside down status, please refer to P16 of Ronin-MX_User_Manual for details: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... 0v1.0_en_160603.pdf
