I have noticed the altitude difference slowing growing over last few flights vs the sensor altitude.... Ideas?

Try recalibrating the IMU.
It can't hurt and might improve your altitude readings.

Kinda what I thought. All but one of the readings were in the green and the one yellow wasn't bad but will do thanks
