Hi.
ik have 3 batteries stored in my case  https://mc-cases.com/dji-phantom-4-carrying-case.html
1 in my copter and 2 in the foam.

i read a lot about the lipo batteries that catch fire.

1.)now i wonder (i dont remeber when i last charged them) what happens when they start to automaticly start discharging?
2.)do they get warm then? and can i leave them in the case?
3.)do i need to open the case or can it be shut?
4.)What is dji's advice on this.
5.)How do you store them?

thanks

Battery Storage
1)
Keep batteries out of the reach of children and pets.
2)
Do  NOT  leave  the  battery  near  heat  sources  such  as  a  furnace  or  heater.  Do  NOT  leave  the
batteries inside of a vehicle on hot days. The ideal storage temperature is 22°C-28°C.
3)
Keep the battery dry. Never drop the battery into water.
4)
Do NOT drop, strike, impale, or manually short-circuit the battery.
5)
Keep the battery away from metal objects such as glasses, watches, jewelry, and hairpins.

Travel Notice
1)
Before carrying the Intelligent Flight Battery on an airline flight, it must first be fully discharged.
This can be done by using your aircraft until the battery is depleted. Only discharge the battery in
a fireproof location.
