i try to upgarde my firmawre, but during transfert the RC light stop lighting, and i can't arrive to restart it. I try with new batery but led never light on.

How i can reset controler ?

I believe in side the phantoms battery door theres a little button push it

i search after 'button' before i post, but i found nothing directly visible, i 'll try to open remote control.

Hello jnhayart, there is a reset button inside the remote (see this picture). You can connect the RC to the PC software. Then hold the button and use the software to reflash the fimware.
