I'd suggest you to get in touch with our US tech support and send it in for fixing.There is something wrong with the image transmission system.

Hi all,
I've upgraded my p3a firmware from v 1.8.80 to v 1.9.60 (as requested by djigo app), I've inserted sd card in the drone (with RC off), turned it on and it has gone  through all the upgrading process, but in the end I had the solid Red light and a continous bip sound.
Thinking to have failed I've checked in the djigo app and it says that I have v. 1.9.60 installed and that I don't need to upgrade! How is it possible??
I've tried also to redo the procedure but it does nothing and the txt in the sdcard tell me that my firmware match the previous version)
I'm very confused, never happened before

OK. Here are the steps to find it:
For The Windows System:

2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

Ok I'll do!
Only one question:I've formatted the card, and put inside again the new firmware to retry the procedure?
Is my Log lost?

When you try to re-upgrade the drone, if the drone can detect the bin file normally, the LOG will be generated automatically.

Your video transmission module has been corrupted, call 818-235-0789 at 7am (no waiting) and have it sent in for repair.

I have a P3Pro, / DJIGO app v2.8.3 / Aircraft v1.9.60 /  RC v1.1.8
Error on iPad DJIGO, needing to update RC. I attempted 3x, no positive results
I thought we were be able to renew RC firmware via wifi?,  no option in my DJIGO app v2.8.3
How do I correct the problem now or Remove the error in DJIGO app?

I have a P3Pro, app 2.8.3/aircraft 1.9.60/RC 1.1.8
My RC is requiring fw upgrade, I tried three times no success?
Also, I thought the app allows wifi upgrade for RC upgrades?
Can you advise a plan fwd to reset my errors in the app.

Since your rc is running the 1.18 firmware, please try to upgrade the 1.3.2 firmware with a usb drive. When it finished successfully, then try to upgrade the RC again via DJI GO app.

Please DJI-Paladin could you please tell me if the Log that I copied few posts above is ok? Thank you very much

The LOG is normal.

The last record says "Abort" which means your drone's firmware version is the same as the bin file's. You can also check the drone's function after update.

There are 3 “Abort” results after that “Failed”. If there is something wrong, it will keep failing. So now it would be better to check the drone functions to see.

Sorry, could you make it clearly?

Sorry I mean that if I try to Re-upgrade the firmware inserting the .bin in the sd card and and power On the Phantom, I get "abort because the firmware version is the same or older" how can I reinstall the firmware please?

If the last update is failed, the drone will try to re-upgrade it with the bin file.But if there is nothing wrong at the last time, it won't try to refresh it.

But the problem is that the first attempt failed and gave me that error, but now (without ever getting the "success" of the upgrade) it fail to upgrade because it Says that I already have the latest version (but how is it possible if I never successfully upgraded??)

Did this start after you attempted a firmware update?
If so, did the firmware update fine then you went to do a IMU calibration and now getting the errors?
Power cycle the aircraft a few times and if you still get IMU errors then you may need to send the aircraft in for repair.
You can also try reinstalling the firmware, but I'm guessing that's not the problem as you attempted a IMU calibration so that tells me that everything went ok if you did a firmware update.

My did exactly what yours is doing. See the last post on page 6.

You can reinstall the previous firmware (Firmware v1.8.80)
Just load it on your sd card.
I did this multiple times between the two, and every time the Firmware v1.9.60 failed and Firmware v1.8.80 worked.

I have same problem.  The Drone is 10 feet away and my video transmissions is spotty.  Never had this issue before upgrade.
deleted the app and reinstalled.  Won't know till tomorrow if it works for me.  Someone posted that it worked for them.  Honestly, this is not differenent that almost all of my stuff when I upgrade they seem to break something.  I'm sure eventually they will get it all right, but hope my drone doesn't fall out of the sky before that happens.  Seems they add new features and other things don't work.  Very typically of technology.  Programmers can't test all scenearios.

Anyone who has upgraded to firmware v1.9.60 was all right ??? It seems that everyone has problem !!! I will leave with my same old version . It's working correctly.

So I tried updating today and now I get the "no video transmission". Everything else works, can take off, fly and film, but have no idea what it's filming. Did this update just break my P3?!

These intelligent functions are still there. You can find them when the drone is switched to F mode and touch the remote button on the left of the screen which is above the attitude indicator.

Hi, I updated mi P3A with the last 1.09.0060 FW, and I received the Success at the log, but when I check the log inside the MISC folder, I see a " [00013639][11 01][00] v1.8.0.0 -> v2.0.0.33, firmware v1.8.0.0 not support."
This message in the log is normal ? I mean the message said "firmware 1.8.0.0 not support", is it normal or do I need to update something else?
