Hi there, quick question. Do the motor wires on the inspire 1 v2 connect to to the esc with plugs or are they soldered?

Soldered to the ESC. power to the ESC is plugs. Look up on Youtube DJI Inspire repalcing carbon fibre arm. I jsut repalced one of mine this week
