Hello, I just received the P3A today, and I can’t seem to be able to see the drone in the GO app. I have tried reinstalling the app, using different devices and different cables, all to no avail. Everything is connected, but the app says “How to connect.”

Anyone know how to fix this?

Does it also say Ignore anywhere? and can you swipe the page sideways, to get under that?

Presumably you have connected the device the app is installed onto the drone's wifi?

It's lightbridge on the P3A

I'm having that EXACT same problem. I just received my drone back from repair and they did not sync the remote to the drone. I tried EVERYTHING and it still said "Disconnected", so as a last resort I tried uninstalling the DJI Go app and reinstalling it. Now I cannot get past the initial screen and get to the "Camera" screen. I'm thinking I may have to return this again for service. Very frustrating. These should come back from repair paired together.

It's prob your mobile device..i had the same issue w/ Ipad1...wont work....had to get a newer ipad.

Yeah I'm kinda ticked as well. Just waiting for them to email me back, not there on the weekend! Hopefully they can get it working.
