I must be having a brain fart here...Why when I pull out my SD card insert into my mac and the Video is freezing? Can someone help me out? I just bought the OSMO and this is happening. Drone works fine...Do you think it could be the SD Card?

We would suggest you to use the QuickTime, KMPlayer or VLC to open your footage taken by the Osmo. So, what program are you using?
A video demonstrating this issue would be appreciated.

Got it, I just needed to Drag and drop on my DeskTop for QuickTime

I have recently learned that if you will open utilities on the Mac and empty your MicroCard under (mos) instead of ext there are no problems
