I did a 3.5 mile flight, without having 100% direct line, and I was able to still maintain 90% RC signal, and battery 0f 51%!I am impressed!  Although I do have the advantage of flying over water mainly.

I may go for a 5 mile run soon!

Here is a quick video I made.  I plan to go behind that hill at the Point soon and bring it back around!
I use it to see if there is any fish activity.  

Since there were no birds diving, or any fishermen fishing, that usually means there are no fish around, so I chose a different spot!

The only editing I do is cut it down to under 5 minutes, and add sound.

This was a 12 min. Litchi flight, cut down to about 4 minutes. It seems that 4-5 minutes is the max viewer attention span!
There was a 20 MPH wind gust towards the last part of the video, but it stayed very smooth!  I was ready to end the mission, but I could not see the screen due to glare, so I figured I'd better let it go on.

I am going to try a 4 mile run soon, weather permitting.  The wind is over 25 MPH, so I am staying low and grounded.
