and support confirmed that in a reply to an email I've sent to them. In the link https://repair.dji.com/en/support/RepairTraceDetail/ they provided to me to check the progress of the repair, the status is still in "not received". Is that normal? Any news on what caused my crash and if it damages are covered by the DJI Care associated with the P4?

Seems to be normal. I sent mine to the service in Germany on the same day and asked them on Friday when to expect a note in the repair trace. They very short and without any empathy told me to wait until Monday.

Thank you, I hope to get some news today.

It's normal, DJI's whole process of returning and repairing is developing, so there are hiccups here and there, just follow ever three or four days. It should be done and mailed back to you within two weeks.

Hello Leonardo, usually it need some time to update the status. And normally the turn-around time is about 2 weeks. Please wait patiently.Thanks for your understanding.
