Hi, after a crash (here is the link to the video https://www.dropbox.com/s/a9jfjucc6k56x28/DJI_0066.mov?dl=0) I sent my Phantom 4 for analysis and repair. The aircraft arrived on 15/06/2016 at 9:02 AM.Ups tracking said delivered;ì:

In the link https://repair.dji.com/en/support/RepairTraceDetail/ they provided to me to check the progress of the repair, the status is still in "not received". Is that normal? Any news on what caused my crash and if it damages are covered by the DJI Care associated with the P4?
