frequently the mp4 file from my mavik mini I download a dji mp4 fle and it is not read by two windows and a mac.
Is this a compression bug within Mavik mini  one, the micro cd or any other cause?

Sorry, wrong image earlier.  When doing research it appears there is a codex problem
as the mnii may be processing a compressed video file and the result is a failure in uncompression?  Just a guess???
As stated, I have attempted to retrieve a large mp4 file with two windows computers and a mac.
The mac response was:
My next step is to replace the micro sd card to see if I get the same results as this problem occurs occasionally and I swap two 32 gb micro sd cards with every other outing.
Trying out sd cards  is a troubleshooting measure that may not have any merit.  I do notice using a micro sd card that the problem seems to occur with the second mp4 on the micro sd card, for what that is worth.
