Ive got the phantom2 h4-3d but since adding FPV i dont get any of the sounds when you switch it on ??? Now Im hoping the great people on here could help me out with what to do ?

There is no sound is one thing.  But does the aircraft actually power up,  lights flash and all that? If so,  you may want to not look a gift horse in the mouth.  Many would love a silent,  or at least quieter,  startup.

For clarification, what FPV system did you install. Even though there is no audio, do all the LEDs and the gimbal initialize as normal? Could you happen to provide a small video of the issue?

How hard is it to remove what you installed to see if it at least reverts back to making the start up sounds?
If not hard, you might want to back track as there could have been a error in your process,

And a video might help also, are all the lights otherwise flashing as they should?

Sorry quality is low recorded on my phone for ease, its now making the first bit on start up but not the da da da bit at end????

Please place the drone on the horizontal plane. If the gimbal is still powerless, you can try to calibrate the IMU via the DJI Assistant.

i lifted it up to show the lights the gimbal is working fine, its the light sequence and lack of full start up sound that im worried about!

So you started this thread saying you did not get ANY start-up sounds.
Maybe you can just tell us what the problem is ?
As that video shows normal sounds and LED's for the Phantom 2 in NAZA mode.
What are you worried about ?
You should note that the sounds changed with the V2 ESC,s and the NAZA manual will tell you LED meanings.

It didn't make any sounds till today,  I'd those sounds and lights are right then great,  I'm new to all this so needed a bit of info to see if it was right or wrong

The NAZA manual will explain the flight modes and LED's but don't try and use the NAZA PC software, the PT2 Assistant for the Phantom 2 in the first link has everything you need to set up your Phantom 2.
