I can see from various companies that there are two kind of ND filters. Some are polarized and some are not.

When do you need a polarized ND filter and when you don't ? for example if you recording video in D-log to do color grading in post what kind of ND filter you should use ?

thanks

Polarising filters are polarised.
Ordinary ND (neutral density) filters aren't.
A polarising filter isn't easy to use on a drone because to work properly it has to be rotated to align with the direction of the sun.
But if you change the direction of the drone, you've lost the alignment of the pol filter.

As the other poster says change of direction you need to change filter tilt but if you are shooting in one direction following action most filters are stackable. Use an ND filter adding a polarizer on top. It might get as dark as a jungle but you won't have any glare.
