4 Phantom temperature calibration problem IMU

I purchased the Phantom 4 five days ago, I made 5/6 flights without problems. Now I can not fly because of the IMU calibration. Not do this calibration, the drone does not fly. I tried to do the calibration but hangs at 42% for temperature problems. I disassembled the battery put the drone in the refrigerator for 1 hour, without the battery, I reinstalled the battery and effetuato the IMU adjustment in a cool place but continues to hang at 42%. The drone does not fly and the calibration is not carried out !!!

How do you know this is temperature related, does it give a warning ?

How long do you wait after it sticks at 42 % ?

The calibration should be done on a level surface (the more level the better)

Performs calibration on a flat surface, with vericato level.
The problem of temperature me signals the app DJI GO.
To get to 42% takes about 5 minutes, then it fails to IMU calibration. Saying that the temperature is too high.
The fact is that the drone does not fly because of the failure of IMU calibration.

hello DJI-Paladin, the drone has never ancestral accidents or hard landing. The firmware is the latest available, he gave me the same problem with the previous firmware and continues to do so even with the latest update.
suggestions? or do I make it and I say goodbye to DJI ???

What is the ambient temperature of the room in which you are doing this calibration?

DJI recommends a narrow temperature range. See - 1:08

So no matter what the temperature is, this temperature error will prompt up in the calibration, right?

If it is convenient, I'd suggest you to calibrate the IMU again when the drone is cooled down. If it still fails, please try to download the flight data via DJI Assistant 2 and upload it to dropbox. We will download the data file from your link and look into it. P4 MC data.JPG

the temperature is 23 ° I also tried to do the calibration in the refrigerator but nothing. Eempre after aspento for at least 1 hour. And without battery.

It remains only this attempt.
Later I do.
As I have already said I followed all the procedures for tarae the IMU.
checked flat surface with spirit level, battery charged to 100%, drone off with battery disconnected for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator drone. I do not know what else to try.
Later I will upload the flight data.

Another problem, I can not download the flight data. I enclose the DJI Assistant screen. I tried to restart the drone pc, but nothing to do the flight data appear. HELP!

I Have BRAND NEW P4P, it wanted to update software which I did for both controller and aircraft...after that it came up with IMU needs Ca liberation warning....now it won't calibrate and is a $2500 BRICK...wtf
