Have a Phantom 2 Vision+, when controller is connected the back lights are solid red. Software says everything is good, calibrated IMU, compass and controller. Can't figure out what is wrong.

Hello heath.2010, there is a red triangle on the right corner. Click on it and see what the error message is. It would be better to post a screenshot here.

"Not DJI intelligent battery" does that mean I just need to clean the pins or something? Because it's the battery that came with the drone.

Yes first please clean the connectors. Make sure the firmware has been updated to the latest.
