I am writing this letter in order to see what the problem is with my osmo!
I bought it 2 days ago until then I worked with it 2 or 3 times and now the gimball has stoped working and the camera doesn't move around. Also you have to push the reset button 2times till it works. The power is full, the fan, photos capturing, video recording and every thing works. Please help me with this problem.

When you said "reset button", which button were you referring to? About the name of each button on the handle, please review the Osmo User Manual for a correct understanding(https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... _v1.2_en_160330.pdf)
In addition, please check below regular troubleshooting:
1) Check the firmware and the DJI GO App. What are the firmware version and the App's version, please?
2) With the DJI GO App connected, is there any abnormal appearance in the App?
3) How the the LEDs on the handle work? Is there any beep sound?
