I'm a new user. I am unable to turn on the motors using CSC.  However, I've noticed that the gimble turns with the left controller.  Is this a hardware, software or user issue? Any suggestions? I've updated the firm ware, calibrated the remote and compass and tried turning on the motors both inside and outside with GPS.

Hello spike, when you use the CSC to start the motors, does any warning message prompt up on the screen?

I think you have to go to "recent apps" on your mobile device and fully close the DJI GO app.

I too need to do this every time after restarting / changing the battery pack. It's weird, the gimbal responds but everything else doesn't.

It would be very helpful if you can post a video of this.
