Hi, I have a problem with my new X5R in connection with the dji Osmo.

My videos from X5R on the gimbal are pink when I open them in Cine Light. When the camera is on the Inspire 1 everything is fine, also when I hold the whole Gimbal the wrong way around. It is only pink when it’s the right way around and it’s for the raw photos and films on the ssd and sd but not for the normal mov. file on the mini sd. I also did the latest firmware update 1.1.0.10. The raw videos are also playing very slowly in Cine Light, like slow motion.

Did anyone had a problem like this before?

Hi，I didn't see your picture.


According to your description, it seems like a connection issue, the cable may be damaged.  You may have to return it for repair.
