They don't explain anything about the scenario. Only stated it is a related video, with and owl. ;-)
But if you look closely, first both legs are banded in black, and also the left leg has a silver ring on it, seen right near the end, of this awesome short clip.
Obviously a trained bird, videotaped by its lucky and talented handler.
