My plane and controller do not respond at all. The batteries have been charged. The lights of the batteries go on for 1 or 2 seconds and then out again. No other sign of live at all. I did not use my phantom for 4 months. It worked properly last time. Can anyone help?

Did you ensure that you are following the proper 2 press procedure to turn on the unit? Could you provide a small video of the issue you're experiencing?
