Hi, you can't register or activate it? is it showing up as a 'invalid device'? or....
Maybe a little more info on what you are having trouble with

Sometimes changing to a different phone to activate Osmo would work. Have you tried that?

Hi, you need to first register an DJI account and then connect to the OSMO through wifi. If you've tried different devices and still don't work. I'm sorry to say that you may need to contact support@dji.com to return it for repair/replacemetn, or contact the seller to see if they would replace it for you.
