Hi,

i cannot update to 1.3.0.00 it always stops at 98% and then after several minutes of waiting i get an error message

0306 Controller(6) Can't get device loader status! Total query (20)

tried win8.1 laptop where it stops earlier, and also win7 where i could recover 1.2.0.00 but also not update to 1.3.0.00

For clarificaiton, what Windos operating system were you using that reached to 98%? Have you tried power cycling the computer while the A3 is turned on and connected?

it stops at 98% while using win7,  i also tried restarts already - i am professional computer systems supporter and trainer... on the win 8.1 laptop i am working with DJI A2 without any problems, also on the win7 workstation...

You should see an option to reset the A3 via the Assistant 2 software, have you tried that as well? Based on the information provided, there may be an internal issue with the A3 itself.

To reset, you would click on the 'restore' button on the far right hand side of the Dashboard. Based on what I can see in your screenshot, double check your A3 connections and then hit 'restore'. You may want to power cycle the A3 and then reinstall the Assistant Software if the issue persists.

Now the IMU seems to be stuck forever in initialization. Also my Lightbridge 2 air unit fails to start

Did you happen to notice this after a previous firmware update or a hard landing?

New problem, my LB2 Ground Unit recognizes the air unit, but is not able to calibrate with the air unit attached to the A3.

The Calibration simply fails. The screen doesn't show the sticks moving even when I put it in Calibration mode in the DJI Assistant 2

Could you happen to clarify which calibration you're referring to? Do you mean the compass, RC or IMU calibration?

If you are referring to RC calibration through the Go app, it will not calibrate while connected to the aircraft.

Power down the air craft and then calibrate. You also need to calibrate the gimbal wheel to complete the process.

Stick calibration does not work in the latest assistant 2 for some reason, or at least I can't get it to work.

I am referring to the RC Calibration. Also I do not have a gimbal with me. I am trying to simply calibrate it and then do the Onboard SDK activation.

The RC Calibration is just not working

Thanks for that. But I do not have a gimbal. Through the Go App, I have done it umpteen number of times but it never seems to work. The Assistant 2 software isn't responding to any stick movements. Really troubled.

To clarify, are you leaving the aircraft off when you attempt the RC calibration via the Go app? The gimbal wheel can still be calibrated without having a gimbal attached. Just make sure to move the tilt wheel during the calibration process.

Yes I switched off the aircraft when I attempt the RC calibration, but nothing happens. The Ground unit gives the beep sound after finishing calibration but no movements on the Assistant software can be seen. I did rotate the pitch wheel to complete calibration.

Seems like you are still trying to calibrate through assistant 2? It does not work. ( v1.0.7)
Calibrate your RC through the Go App.

I was doing it using the Go App only. Then I downgraded the firmware of A3 to v 1.3 and tried doing it over the DJI Assistant 2 v1.5, it worked, I was able to arm the A3 but not able to start the sample on the SDK as it shows there is some issue. Now I'm trying to install the Assistant v1.6
