I have tried for 2 weeks and no help from support.   I can't use zoom feature on camera. Tried pinching and spreading screen .  And the only time screen zooms is when I change setting manually from 4k to 1080p @ 120 fps .    Any suggestions.   I'm at firmware 2.8.1 . On dji go app

Zoom feature.  Didn't know it had one.

You have to be using 1080p resolution video for it to work.
If you are shooting in 4K it won't work.

I have a iPad Pro that zoom works fine on, and on my galaxy tab s2 it does not work also doesn't work on my Galaxy s7

The video/photo 2.0 zoom pinch to zoom only works on IOS, and it does not work in 4k

Is that just a view zoom, or is it actually recording digital zoom? Video or photo as well? Interesting!

It will zoom photos or video.

I watch the u tube views . They pinch the screen.  And it zooms . Spears fingers on screen and it UN zooms . But when I touch screen .  The exposure icon shows up.  On my HTC e8 phone.   Should I go to iso tablet

Therefore it will not work on your HTC.
