Problem with the Video Display on DJI GO app and recorded file

For my past 3 flights attempt, I realised that my DJI GO display red when on stationery. It will only go normal  a number of seconds after it start flying with recording started. I had tried using another phone but also having the same problem. I retrieved the recorded file and it showed the same problem.

The drone and remote controller are on the latest firmware.

I have attached the screen shot.

Anyone can help?

The screen colour is magenta, which indicates the red and blue channels are working, but the green channel has a fault (especially obvious in the second picture).  Either the camera is faulty or the cables connecting the camera to the gimbal has become loose.  Check the connector on the top of the gimbal to make sure they are tightly in place.

Hello Joe, do the original files in the card have the same issue? Do they become normal during the flight recording or stay in purple all the time?

Hi Paladin,
Yes the original files in the card has the same issue.

They only become normal during the flight time after a number of seconds later.

But it happen again on the next day.

I was trouble shooting with Ian from dJI and the conclusion was to send in for repair.

I call the local service centre and they say they need a case track number. How do I go about do that??
