After a crash, the gimbal makes a very vibrating/grinding sound. I checked the backplate and the shaft flat spot is in the same position as the camera orientation so that's correct. It does not have it correctly on its axis like it used to. Any suggestions?

Hello mikealtilio, I'd suggest you to calibrate the IMU and gimbal at first. If the calibration doesn't help, please get in touch with our US tech support and send it in for fixing. Here is the contact information:
