Hi everyone,

I often see DJI-Ken who does a wonderful job sorting out problems for people that live in North America but I have never seen anyone from the United Kingdom.
Do we have a DJI rep / person that monitors the website that lives here.

Also with the UK soon leaving the EU will we get a DJI repair centre here to stop us having to go through all of the grief of having to send any faulty units to a European country for repair.

Hi, we will consider that. DJI is a company growing very fast, its support team is also making huge progress to catch up. Its progress is demonstrated through new repair stations built around the world and reduced repair time. More forum support/moderators may also be added, which clearly depends on the volume of activities of this forum. But generally speaking, you can expect better support and customer service from DJI as the company grows bigger.

As for a repair station in UK, that's probably too early to say, since nobody will know the UK's status, hence the business policy, until maybe two years later.
