Anyone want to share the best export settings for posting video on Vimeo, FB and the like?

1080p, pay attention to your video bitrate and apply it in the software before you render, I'm not familiar with premier but bitrates are the most important values to keep the quality of original video (after resolution), if you intend for slo-mo (shooting sport or fast action scenes) you can use 60FPS, otherwise it is not necessary since it takes bigger space and time to render, depending on your video length, for a few min of video it won't matter much, but longer ones can take hours to render at 60FPS (even the 2.7K resolution takes less space and have better quality).
