I had cal the IMU.

There's accelerator and Gyros,  when bird is at rest, are the ideal and your numbers on these fields?

and is it OK to cal the IMU on level but metalic surface that causing compass error ? does it affect the IMU cal ?

My numbers are .001 and .004 at Accelerator and 0.001 and .002 at gyroscope..are those numbers good.

Calibrating the IMU indoors with steel nearby is no problem.
It's the compass that you have to be careful with.

If the bars are green, it means it is in good status and you don't need to worry about them.
