Hi, I do not recommend buying any new Android tablet under 100 Euro. It will bring you tons of frustration.

I would recommend you buy a used Ipad mini 2 on Ebay, cost you about 180 Euros, but very good.  But if you're really on a budget,  buy a used  Nexus 7 2013 version on Ebay, Probably about 70 Euros. And it will work fine.
