Have problem with my Phantom 3 adv.
1 year old.
3 houers of flight time.
Newer crash!!!
Everytime landing too the hand.
Now i have problem whith the video. Horizontal lines, dots in shadows. Quality is poor.

Hi Tima: I had the same problem. Mine was vertical lines and dots. After talking to support they had me just send in the phantom itself. DJI replace the camera and got it back in about 2 weeks. Hope to try it out this weekend.

Hello Tima, it is a hardware issue related to the camera and the black cable behind it. Please contact our tech support and send it in for fixing. Here is the contact information of our Europe service center:

Yeah, the issue is clearly with the camera.

This looks similar.  Is this a camera issue or a cable/connection issue?

Either, but you should send the unit back to be replaced.
