i got my new drone and when i go to fly outside my drone stops at 120m height and 500 radius. and even if i tap the advanced flight mode i still cannot enter more than 500m to the box. (both altitude and distance) 500 to altitude but still stops 120m? i have latest software updated to my iphone 6s plus and everything should be fine. i heard that theres some restrictions on but how to unlock them? On internet online shop it says max height 500m and radius 2km but im stuck here. Sry if this thread has been here before but can anyone explain me step by step how to bypass 120m altitude and 500 radius block.

Please disable the distance limit option which is under the box when the drone is on.

...and for God's sake, please READ your manual before doing anything with your aircraft, otherwise you will probably hurt your drone, yourself, or possibly others

Don't you check the most basic settings before flying? like open the menu settings ?

Ive enabled Max distance but still cannot go further than 500m (distance)

okay i got this now.. SO basically i have to leave this enable max distance button off. so i can fly up to 2km range?

You have to do this while you have the aircraft connected to the app.

I have a Phantom 3 Pro & my flight height is set for English (NOT Metric).  But I set it & it goes back to Metric.  However, even so, height @ 120 meters (about 390 feet) I can only go up about 30-40 feet.  WHY????  And as for distance, I can only go about 75 feet.  WHY????

Sounds like you have Beginners Mode turned on.

You don't want to fly with a bad IMU, so being grounded is a good thing.  If it fails to calibrate, you want to get that repaired.
