upon powering up the aircraft, there is no green light on the gimbal, no video signal to the app, and the gimbal goes limp about 25 seconds after power on.






This aircraft has flown about 75 times.

Wouldn't know what to do, frankly. Have you tried resetting IMU and gimbal from the App? Hopefully a DJI rep will have some straight answer for this behavior.

Very familiar behavior. I encountered something similar when my last firmware update failed on me and I had to shutdown and restart the aircraft. After that, the gimbal went limp. I restarted and eventually completed the firmware upgrade. After which, everything went back to normal.

Was sent back and replaced 5 weeks later. Camera and parts of the shell were replaced. Now flying fine.

hi there, just asking.. how much you were quoted to replace the camera? i got the similar problem as yours. thanks in advance for your reply.

I wasn't charged anything, still under warranty at the time. Still flying fine, but not being used as often due to the winter up here in Montreal.

P3 pro dead humble and led....so no video
