Hi,
I can't connect the my M100 with the remote controller. I follow the procedur of the user manual but when I hit "Linking RC" I obtain the following popup:

On the web I found that it there should be a "decline" and "agree"button. When I hit "ok" nothing happens.
Any idea why ?

It doesn't look like you have any connection to the aircraft in order to bind through the app. Try the following to manually bind the RC to the aircraft:

- Turn on both the aircraft and the controller.
- Press C1, C2, and the record button on the controller, then the controller will beep like D-DD.
- Let go all fingers, press the wheel on the right side of the controller and then the first light of the controller will become blue and it will constantly beep DDDD.
- Use a pen to click the linking button on the aircraft and hold for 3-5 seconds, and then take the pen off the aircraft and wait, it will be linked soon.

To clarify, is this a single operator unit or a dual operator. Did you switch out the RC recently?

This is a single unit operator and I didn't switch out the RC. I tried your procedure with success: the aircraft LED is flashing yellow slowly and the RC LED is a solid green. However I can't launch the simulator due to bad connection see picture. Any idea why ?

Can you clarify if you are able to get into normal camera view? Is all the firmware up to date on the aircraft?

Yes I can get into normal camera view and the firmware is up to date. I tried earlier the simulator on the Iphone of a colleague and it worked perfectly. This leads me to think that the problem comes from the DJI Go app on my phone. For information this is an Android 6.0.

To clarify, what version of the DJI Go app are you using? What mobile device do you have? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure that all necessary permissions were allowed?

I have a vernee thor under Android 6, the version of DJI Go is 2.8.3 and yes all the permission are being granted.

Do you have USB Debugging enabled? This issue is most likely caused by either a setting on the phone or a compatibility with said device, as I'm able to connect a LG G4 to the M100 and can access the Simulator.
